Table For Two

London is a city of great food. While a long week of pliés and grandé battlements may have meant less river cruises and more hours of studio training, I still had plenty of time to visit some of the most delicious places in London (with a friend who never refuses an expensive meal out).

When I stumbled upon Sticks n Sushi I had no idea it would be the best sushi, I’ve ever eaten (and that’s saying a lot since I’m from the Gulf). Starting with edamame and a Shojito Ginger cocktail, and finishing with an Ebi Panko Roll, “Sticks” took the prize for the most delicious restaurant I have eaten at so far in Greenwich. And if sushi isn’t enough to sell everyone on life in London, a dessert picnic afterwards at the Prime Meridian for a late night star gaze in two hemispheres sure would be.

Complete with your choice of bottomless bellinis, mimosas, or prosecco, South Palace Hotel was the perfect place for my first brunch out. With everything from smoked haddock and lentil soup, to chicken pies and butternut quash mac & cheese, London is definitely a city for the brunchers.

Watch the video below to get a little sneak peak at the beautiful city I now get to call home.
